CUSTOMER SERVICES
We require a confident, enthusiastic, intelligent and hard working person to become part of a dedicated customer services team, responsible for customer liaison within our busy sales office. The successful applicant must have a positive attitude towards customer care and an excellent telephone manner. Duties include processing orders by phone, fax and email for direct input onto a database, dealing with customer enquiries, liasing with colleagues and general admin. An RSA typing qualification would be an advantage.
