A range of solid rubber Wall Buffers designed to be easily and securely fixed to walls. The Buffer can wrap around steel or concrete bollards, absorbing impact and reduce damage to property.
The buffer is supplied in a large range of thicknesses and widths.

Smart stainless steel strip runs through the middle for extra strength. The strip is pre-punched at 75mm centres giving a choice of fixing locations. The screw head is concealed, stopping any accidental damage to property or vehicles. This range of Buffers can be fixed horizontally along walls. A wrap-around corner moulding is available for external corners. Internal corners can be created with a simple mitre cut. The Wall Buffers can be fitted to many surfaces; brick, plaster, steel and concrete.

Grey Wall Buffer extruded in solid self coloured rubber for a smart appearance that will protect your property. The concealed fixing secures the rubber buffer to the wall, brickwork or plastered finish. Large ‘D’ section rubber Wall Buffers will reduce the risk of accidents and help protect exposed flat or curved surfaces. Designed to absorb impact damage in loading bays, service areas and car parks. The solid rubber buffer is pre-drilled for concealed fixings at 500mm centres to accommodate the anchor bolts and reduce the risk of accidental damage. A cut-to-size service is free of charge. We supply the ‘D’ buffer cut to the exact length to suit your site. The product is widely used for loading bays and is also fitted to the rear of vehicles.

Questions and Answers
Is BS105 Wall Buffer straightforward to fit? Yes, the stainless steel strip is pre-punched at 75mm approx. centres, you can choose how many holes that you want to drill and fix through.

SS1 A multi-purpose rubber buffer system: The solid Wall Buffer can be fixed horizontally along a wall in a continuous run or in short vertical strip sections. The Wall Buffer can also be used with the solid rubber wrap-around Corner Buffer (CN1).

Black EPDM solid rubber will absorb impact from trolleys and general warehouse traffic. The buffer has a bright self-coloured rubber yellow stripe, the correct hazard warning colour, for a smart and professional finish.

Concealed fixings: The metal fixing bracket (500mm long) holds the SupaStopper Wall Buffer firmly in place. The yellow stripe is snapped into the Buffer after it has been located and firmly fixed in place stopping the risk of any accidental damage from the bolt heads.

SS1 SupaStopper Wall Buffer system
is available in long lengths and we offer a free cut-to-size service to supply the product to the exact size to suit your site. Proven design, compact system.

Size: 140mm wide x 40mm thick Wall Buffer and available
in continuous lengths of buffer up to 5 metres. The SupaStopper solid rubber Wall Buffer system will reduce the risk of accidental damage to your property. Solid rubber has been proven to be the best material to absorb impact. This product range can be used for both internal and external applications. Unlike plastic Wall Buffers, the SupaStopper recovers its shape after an impact.

Heavy duty applications:
The Wall Buffer can also be mounted in a double row on most surfaces, spaced at 300mm centres.

Questions and Answers
What is a typical use for this Wall Buffer?
The Supastopper has a concealed fixing and is used in warehouses to protect property from traffic movements. It can also be mounted vertically in short strips for vehicles to park against.

Double ‘D’ section (LB/DD) is a heavy duty, solid rubber wall buffer that can take impact from HGVs usually when they are reversing. Manufactured in a tough tyre stock rubber compound the buffer will recover 99.99% back to its original shape when the load is removed.

The double cavity design ensures the buffer compresses and changes shape to accommodate the applied load, stopping damage to both your property and the vehicle.

The Double ‘D’ Wall Buffer system has a two part fixing kit.
The rubber buffer is cut to size at our factory, to fit your site or location. The galvanised steel brackets, supplied separately, are securely bolted in place on the edge of the loading bay with sleeve anchor bolts.

When the steel brackets are firmly located, the rubber buffer is placed into position. The buffer will be shipped to site in long lengths, keeping joints to a minimum. Holes for the long shank bolts (fitted vertically) are drilled through pre-punched holes in the brackets and then tightened to secure the Loading Bay buffer.

Wall buffer (WB7) is a well proven wall buffer
that stops damage to your property and reduces the risk of damage to vehicles. The buffer is fixed in place with sleeve anchor bolts, the heads of the bolts buried deep in to the slots that run down the buffer. Supplied in 3 metre lengths the wall buffers can be fitted to most brickwork and concrete surfaces, including circular columns. The buffer is 40mm deep to absorb slow speed vehicular impact. The rubber compound is tyre stock for maximum performance.

Questions and Answers
Will the buffer go around a column? The WB7 Wall Buffer is solid rubber and can be wrapped around a column The buffer is held securely in place with stainless steel strapping and tamper proof steel buckles.

How many sections will there be in my run of loading bay buffer? To keep joints to a minimum, we supply in long lengths, maximum 3 metres.

Solid rubber Loading Bay Bumpers (LB1) offer the most practical solution to solve the high maintenance problems of docking buffers. Supplied as a cut-to-size rubber block that can be mounted vertically in the loading dock, the large rubber extrusion will take the impact from reversing HGVs. Loading Bay Bumpers have been proven to perform and have given a 5-year life with some major logistics companies.

They are held in position to take the impact with a ground fitted steel fixing kit. The steel guide rails are securely anchored to the concrete deck. The Rubber Bumper is designed to be a loose fit allowing for essential movement when the block is under load. Rubber Bumpers simply move up and down as the weight inside the trailer changes as cargo is removed or added during loading and unloading.

There are no fixing bolts holding the Rubber Blocks in place: The galvanised steel guides secure the heavy block but allow for that vital movement after impact from a HGV. The practice of using hydraulic powered shunters to move trailers has increased the wear and tear on loading dock buffers. Low maintenance, the Rubber Bumpers can be simply rotated 180 degrees to bring the unused section into use.

Easy to install, the bumpers operate inside the steel guidelines. The frame is fixed to the ground using sleeve anchor bolts. Printed reflective markers can be applied to the frame legs e.g. bay numbers. We are digital printers so it is possible to have reverse printed markers where the driver’s sight is focused. Cut to size, the heavily ribbed Rubber Bumper is 210mm x 110mm and supplied as standard at 1500mm high. We offer a free cut to size service to ship the Bumpers to suit your loading docks.

1. Never use bolts to secure rubber bumper blocks, the forces are too great. 2. Look no bolts, just a solid log of rubber sitting in a metal mounting kit. 3. HGV parked safely against our Bumper, the block simply moves up and down.

Questions and Answers
How does it work without any fixing bolts holding it in place?
It works by not having any fixing bolts restricting its movement when the load is under pressure. The forces involved when a fully laden 40 ft triple axle trailer parks in a loading dock are enormous.
